Every room is priced per room, based on double occupancy (two guests), and the price is the same whether one or two people stay in it. Many rooms can take a 3rd (and in some cases 4th) guest for an additional fee. Here’s how it works.
The Basics
- Your room price includes two guests.
- Guests 16 and older count as adults. Children are ages 12–15. Children under 12 are not permitted at this event.
- No room may have more than 3 adults — except the Presidential Suite, which allows 4.
- A 3rd or 4th guest, in rooms that allow one, is $2,350 per additional person, requested after you book.
Capacity by Room Type
| Room | Beds | Max guests | Max adults | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deluxe rooms (Garden View, Ocean View, Ocean Front) & VIP Deluxe Ocean View | 1 King | 3 | 3 | A 3rd guest may be added |
| Those same rooms | 2 Queens | 4 | 3 | Up to a 3rd and 4th guest (max 3 adults) |
| VIP Towers Ocean View (Room) | 1 King | 2 | 2 | No additional guest |
| VIP Suites — Ocean View, Ocean Front, Towers Ocean View, Pool | 1 King | 3 | 3 | King bed plus a large sofa that can sleep a third guest (it does not fold out into a bed) |
| VIP Ocean View Suite | 2 Queens | 4 | 3 | Two queen beds plus a large sofa |
| VIP Towers Presidential Suite | 2 Kings | 4 | 4 | Two separate king bedrooms |
Guest Combinations for 2-Queen Rooms
Because the limit is 4 guests with a maximum of 3 adults, a 2-Queen room can be booked as:
- 3 adults
- 2 adults + 1 child
- 3 adults + 1 child
- 2 adults + 2 children
(Children are ages 12–15; guests 16 and older count as adults.)
Adding a Guest
If you’d like more than two guests in your room, you can request an additional guest after booking. Each additional guest is $2,350, in rooms that allow one. For the details, see Payment options and installment plans.
