Your all-inclusive package means you can eat, drink, and enjoy the resort without worrying about a bill for most items. All meals, snacks, and beverages—including alcohol—are included at the participating restaurants, bars, and lounges across Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and its sister resorts. Dine as often as you like, try different venues, order room service, and enjoy poolside or beachside drinks. Just show your resort wristband and relax.
A few things carry an extra charge (always clearly marked): certain premium menu items like lobster or specialty steaks, top-shelf liquor, and the per-person seating fee at two specialty restaurants. Those are spelled out below.
Concerts on the beach aren’t planned to start until 9:00 PM, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the restaurants before each show.
On-Site at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (your resort)
These are all walkable, all all-inclusive (except where noted), and all on the property where you’re staying.
- Siempre — the signature restaurant: international with Mexican flavors. The only spot serving breakfast through dinner. Breakfast buffet 7:00–10:30 AM (Sunday brunch 7:30 AM–1:30 PM), lunch noon–5:00 PM, dinner 5:00–9:00 PM. Dinner reservations recommended.
- Pescados — sushi and a full Japanese kitchen, with a beautiful outdoor dining area. Dinner only, 5:00–9:00 PM. Dinner reservations recommended. Leave room for the desserts.
- Peninsula Lounge & Beach Bar — indoor lounge and an outdoor bar right by the beach. Dinner service, 5:00–9:00 PM. Dinner reservations recommended.
- Aire & the Aquabar — regional plates, light snacks, cocktails, a food truck, and a swim-up bar. 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, snacks 11:30 AM–5:00 PM. No reservation or dress code.
- Room Service / In-Room Dining — 24 hours, full menu, ordered in the Pueblo Bonito app. Included.
- Bocados — a convenience store and Starbucks for coffee, snacks, and grab-and-go. 7:00 AM–9:30 PM. Note: most items at Bocados are an additional charge and are not included in the all-inclusive plan.
Dress code at the sit-down restaurants: casual elegant, and it’s enforced. Men need long pants and a collared shirt or a good polo. No caps, visors, tank tops, collarless shirts, basketball shorts, or flip-flops.
Dining at the Sister Resorts (a short shuttle away)
Your wristband is good across the Pueblo Bonito properties, and most of this dining is included too. A resort shuttle connects everything (see the Shuttle FAQ).
Sunset Beach (next door, by shuttle):
- The Market at Quivira — a food hall with 11 counters in one room (pizza, Asian, Mexican, a 1950s diner, deli, crepes, ice cream, coffee, juices, a bar, and more). 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Right at the shuttle drop-off—the go-to lunch run. Almost everything is included.
- La Frida — AAA Four Diamond Mexican with ocean views. 5:30–10:30 PM. Carries a per-person seating fee of about $47 (800 MXN) plus any premium items—this is not covered by all-inclusive. Reservations required, resort elegant, 16+.
- The After — sports bar and pub: 10 oversized screens, 100+ spirits, 16 beers on tap, American pub food with a Mexican twist. Open late, until 2:00 AM. The after-concert spot.
Quivira Golf Club (shuttle arranged by the concierge):
- Quivira Steakhouse — steakhouse indoors or on the terrace, over the Jack Nicklaus course and the ocean. Dinner 5:30–10:00 PM. Carries a per-person seating fee of about $53 (900 MXN) plus any premium items—not covered by all-inclusive. Reservations recommended, 16+.
Pueblo Bonito Rose (closer to town):
- Fellini’s — award-winning Italian: thin-crust grilled pizza, pasta, risotto, serious wine cellar. A surcharge of about $24 (400 MXN) applies.
- Mare Nostrum — Mediterranean, with themed dinner nights.
- Sunsets & Sushi Bar — sushi, looking out at El Medano beach and the Arch.
Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos (“Blanco”):
- Cilantro’s — beachfront, fresh seafood, wide-open view.
- Las Palomas — Mexican and international, with theme nights.
What Costs Extra
Almost everything is included. The exceptions to know about:
- Two per-person seating fees: La Frida (~$47) and Quivira Steakhouse (~$53), plus the Fellini’s surcharge (~$24).
- Premium menu items like lobster and high-end steaks, clearly marked on the menu.
- Top-shelf liquor at the resort bars (clearly marked).
- Most items at Bocados (the convenience store / Starbucks).
At the other restaurants you’ll see prices on the menu and sign a bill, but that’s just for tracking—you only owe for the per-person fees and any premium or upcharge items.
Reservations & Getting Around
- Reservations: use the Pueblo Bonito app (it works after check-in; log in with your last name and room number), or call the restaurant or concierge.
- Shuttles: Pacifica to Sunset Beach is shuttle-only (the ground between them is too steep to walk)—ask the bellhop or concierge out front. The concierge arranges the Quivira Golf Club shuttle. Your wristband is required on every shuttle. Full details are in the Shuttle FAQ.
- Uber can drop you off at the resort but can’t pick up—use a taxi through the concierge for the ride back.
VIP Guests
VIP guests enjoy access to enhanced premium liquor options at most bars and restaurants, plus the VIP Lounge.
