Our system is designed to help keep your payment plan on track, but missed or declined payments can lead to cancellation — so it’s important to act quickly if a payment fails.
What Happens When a Payment Declines
If a scheduled installment payment declines, our system will automatically retry the payment every 3 days, up to 3 total attempts.
If your payment is still unsuccessful after the third attempt, your reservation will become subject to cancellation, and you may forfeit all previously paid amounts, as all purchases are non-refundable.
What to Do
The fastest way to fix a declined payment is to update your payment method in the Payment Portal. You can:
- Add a new card or update your existing card on file
- Manually run the failed payment on your new card right away — no need to wait for the next automatic retry
- View your full payment history and upcoming installment schedule

Important Payment Tips
To avoid declined payments:
- Make sure your card on file isn’t expired or near expiration
- Notify your bank if your trip payments will look unusual (international vendor, larger amounts)
- Keep your billing address up to date if your card requires AVS verification
- Check the Payment Portal regularly to confirm payments are processing as expected
