If you can’t attend the Getaway, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest for a fee.
The Transfer Fee
The fee is 5% of the total amount you’ve paid toward your reservation, plus $500.
How to Find a New Buyer
You’ll need to find your own buyer — a friend, family member, or someone in the fan community. Once you have someone lined up, we’ll facilitate the transfer.
How the Transfer Works
Once you’ve identified a buyer, both parties receive a digital transfer agreement. The new buyer assumes responsibility for all remaining payments. After the new buyer’s payment is completed, we’ll refund the original guest’s payments, minus the 5% transfer fee and $500 administrative fee.
Why We Charge for Reservation Transfers
Transfers require non-refundable processing and administrative expenses on our end, including credit card fees, staff time, and legal costs associated with preparing and executing the transfer documentation.
