All trip purchases are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance — see our Travel Insurance article for details on coverage and how to buy a policy.
Discretionary Cancellation Fee Schedule
While we are not obligated to cancel or refund any reservation, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to process a cancellation for a fee based on the full cost of your reservation. If a discretionary cancellation is approved, the following fee schedule may apply based on the number of days prior to your scheduled arrival date:
- 240+ days prior to arrival: $750 cancellation fee
- 180–239 days prior to arrival: 25% of total trip cost
- 120–179 days prior to arrival: 50% of total trip cost
- 60–119 days prior to arrival: 75% of total trip cost
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Why We Charge Cancellation Fees
Each reservation involves significant non-refundable expenses on our part, including contractual commitments with the resort, deposits paid to vendors, credit card processing fees, and administrative staff time.
When you reserve a room, it is removed from inventory and may prevent another guest from booking it. If you later cancel, it may not be possible for us to resell that room.
For these reasons, cancellation fees are necessary to offset the costs and lost opportunities associated with cancellations. Please ensure you are prepared to honor your reservation before booking, and consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
