All Blue October Getaway purchases are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Under normal circumstances, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. This is why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book.
In Rare Cases Where a Refund Is Approved
If, in rare circumstances, we agree at our sole discretion to process a refund, here’s what to expect:
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of booking
- Refund processing typically takes 10 to 14 days from the date of approval
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
