Since this is a full resort buyout, you will not receive a traditional hotel reservation number at the time of booking like you would with a standard hotel reservation.
Approximately 30 days before arrival, we will receive official reservation numbers from the hotel for each guest. Once we have your assigned reservation number, we will email it to you or notify you that it has been added to your Customer Portal.
We also keep a list of all confirmed guests and room assignments on file, so your name and guest info is already recognized by the hotel for check-in.
