The Pueblo Bonito Resorts App is a digital concierge designed to help you make the most of your stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. It allows you to manage services, explore resort features, and access booking tools right from your phone.
Before You Arrive
- We recommend downloading the app before your trip. You can get it here: https://app.pueblobonito.com.mx/
- A few weeks prior to your arrival, we’ll send you your reservation locator number, which you’ll use to log in.
- Once logged in, you can begin reviewing resort amenities, browse dining options, and plan parts of your stay in advance.
Features of the App
- While staying at Pacifica, the app allows you to:
- Check in and out digitally
- View interactive resort maps and get directions around the property
- Browse restaurant menus, hours, and availability
- Make restaurant reservations
- Book spa treatments, golf tee times, or transportation
- Order room service (Suite Service) right from your phone
- Check your billing account and charges during your stay
- See schedules for activities and entertainment onsite
- Receive real-time updates and special offers from the resort
During Your Stay
- You’ll be able to log in to the app after you check in using your reservation number.
- Use the app to book services, get reminders, place food orders, or review your account balance.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort if you prefer to avoid using cellular data.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Be sure to keep your reservation number handy for login access.
- If the app doesn’t recognize your reservation or you’re having trouble logging in, the front desk or concierge can assist you.
- If the app crashes or isn’t functioning properly, try deleting and reinstalling it, or check for software updates on your device.
