Once you arrive and check in at the resort, you can request to reserve a poolside cabana.
Reservations can be made through the concierge or bell desk, and are based on availability.
If you’re staying in a VIP room or suite, you receive complimentary cabana access as part of your VIP benefits. Your butler can reserve a cabana for you—just ask when you check in or message them through the resort app.
For non-VIP guests, cabanas are limited and may incur an additional charge. We recommend reserving early in your stay to secure your preferred day.
