What time is check-in at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica?

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. If your room happens to be ready earlier, the resort will be glad to check you in ahead of time.

If you arrive before your room is ready, you don’t have to wait to start your vacation:

• Check your bags with the Bell Desk at the hotel entrance.
• Head to any of the restaurants, pools, or the beach and start enjoying the resort right away.
• You’ll be notified as soon as your room is ready.

What to have ready at check-in:

• Your passport (one for each guest)
• A credit card for incidentals — most food and drink is included in your all-inclusive plan, but a few premium food items and services (like the spa) may carry an additional charge
