Your flight info goes into the Guest Dashboard. Once your flights are confirmed, log in and enter them under each guest's Arrival Flight and Departure Flight sections. We ask that you do this as soon as your flights are booked.
We use your flight info to:
- Monitor your arrival at the resort
- Help you in the event of delays, missed flights, or baggage issues
- Coordinate airport transfer services if you've booked one
If your flight times change
No problem — just log back into the Guest Dashboard and update the flight details for the guest whose itinerary changed. As long as you update before the 30-day lock, you can change them as many times as you need.
