How do I update guest detail information in my booking for the Getaway?

Good news — you can now update guest details (names, contact info, passport, flight times, ground transfers, and more) directly in the Guest Dashboard. No support ticket needed.

How to update your guest info

  1. Log into the Guest Dashboard using the email address on your booking.
  2. Open your reservation and click Add Guest Info (or Edit on a guest you've already started).
  3. Walk through the 7 sections — Personal Info, Address, Passport, Arrival Flight, Departure Flight, Transfer In, Transfer Out.
  4. Hit Save & Exit any time. You can come back and finish later.
