To log in to the Guest Dashboard: go to dashboard.blueoctobergetaways.com, enter the email address you used when booking, and click SEND MAGIC LINK. Check your inbox for a one-time sign-in link from us and click it. That's it — you're in.
What's a magic link? Why don't I have a password?
We don't use passwords for the Guest Dashboard. Instead, when you ask to sign in, we email you a one-time link. Click it, and you're logged in. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.
How long is my magic link good for?
15 minutes from the moment we send it. After that the link stops working and you'll need to request a fresh one from the login page.
Can I click the magic link more than once?
Yes — within the 15-minute window, the link works as many times as you need. So if you accidentally close the tab right after clicking it, you can click the same link again to get back in.
My magic link expired — what now?
Just go back to the login page, enter your email, and request a new one.
Will I stay logged in?
Yes — your session stays active for 14 days after you log in. If you're using a shared or public computer, please log out explicitly when you're done (logout icon in the top-right).
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no signup, no password, no profile to set up. Magic link only.
Does it matter if my email has capital letters?
No — login is case-insensitive. John@Example.com and john@example.com are treated the same.
