Welcome to the Guest Dashboard — the place you'll go to fill out everything we need for your Getaway, manage your reservation, and handle payments. This article is the quick overview. The articles that follow (you'll see a Next → link at the bottom of each) walk through each step in order.
What the dashboard does
The Guest Dashboard is where you:
- See every reservation you have with us (past, current, and upcoming)
- Fill in the required info for each guest on your reservation — passports, flights, ground transport, and more
- Open the Payment Portal to view your payment schedule, update your card, or download a receipt
- Get help from the Getaways team when something isn't self-serve
Who logs in
Only the Buyer — the person who paid for the reservation — can log in. One person is "in charge" of each reservation. If you bought the trip for someone else, you'll still log in as the Buyer and enter each traveler's info on their behalf.
How logging in works
We don't use passwords. Instead, you ask the dashboard to send you a magic link — a one-time sign-in link emailed to the address you used when booking. Click the link, and you're in.
What you'll fill out
For every guest on the reservation, you'll need:
- Personal info — name, email, phone, date of birth, t-shirt size, any dietary restrictions
- Mailing address (matching the address on their travel documents)
- Passport details — number, issuing country, nationality, expiration date
- Arrival flight details (every segment)
- Transfer In — how they're getting from the airport to the resort
- Transfer Out — how they're getting from the resort back to the airport
- Departure flight details (every segment)
Gathering this info before you start makes filling it in much faster.
Deadlines
All reservation information locks 30 days before your Getaway's start date. We're required to provide the resort with the final guest manifest 30 days prior to arrival, which is why the freeze exists. The Getaways team will email you reminders as deadlines approach — watch your inbox.
