The first two steps of the guest-info dialogue collect basic personal details and a mailing address for each guest. They're quick, but a few fields trip people up — especially the dietary restrictions and the address autocomplete.
What does the Personal Info step ask for?
Name, email, phone, date of birth, t-shirt size, and any food allergies or dietary restrictions for the resort.
I don't have allergies or dietary restrictions — do I need to select anything?
No — leave the chips unselected if nothing applies.
What's the t-shirt size for?
We ask in case we're producing event tees for the group that year. We don't always do them, but having your size on file means we're ready if we do.
The "Other" dietary restriction wants me to specify — what should I put?
Anything not in the standard list — e.g., "coconut," "sulfites," "kosher," "no red meat." That free-text gets passed along to the resort with your reservation.
What address should I enter on the Address step?
The guest's mailing address (not yours, if you're entering for someone else). Make sure it matches the address shown on the guest's travel documents — especially the passport if their passport includes one. Consistency between your booking and your travel docs avoids snags at check-in or customs.
Is there a faster way to enter an address?
Yes — the Street address field has built-in autocomplete. Start typing and pick the address from the suggestions; the rest of the fields fill in for you.
One of my guests lives outside the US — how do I enter their address?
Change the Country dropdown first, and the State / postal-code fields adjust automatically.
Next up is the most important step of the whole reservation: passport details. Don't skip this one.
