Inside a reservation — the reservation detail page

When you click the locator code on the Your Reservations page, you land on the reservation detail page. This is where you do all the actual work for that trip — filling in guest info, reviewing your room, submitting hotel requests, and getting to the Payment Portal.

What's the "Complete your reservation" button for?

That's the primary action on every reservation. Clicking it opens the dialogue where you fill in the required information for each guest — passport details, flights, ground transport, etc.

You can also jump straight into a specific section by clicking any of the section pills on a guest's card, or by clicking Complete Guest on a guest card.

The room type, dates, or bed configuration look wrong — how do I fix that?

The Room card is read-only reference info — it isn't editable on the dashboard. If something's off, open a support ticket via Need Help? and we'll sort it out.

What's the "Hotel Requests" box for?

For simple, resort-bound requests the Getaways team passes along to the resort with your reservation — things like asking for a rollaway bed, requesting room placement near a friend, or noting a preference for a higher floor. Click Add request to submit one.

These are not support requests — anything the resort can't handle (changes to your booking, billing questions, etc.) should go through Need Help? instead.

Reminder: your reservation is with the Getaways team, not the resort directly. You can't change anything about your Getaway reservation by contacting the hotel.

Before you start filling in guest info, it helps to understand the difference between a Buyer and a Guest — and who can do what. That's next.
