Your Reservations page — seeing all your bookings

The Your Reservations page is your home base in the Guest Dashboard. It's the first thing you see when you log in, and it lists every reservation under your email — past, current, and upcoming — grouped by Getaway.

Your Reservations list

How do I open a specific reservation?

Click the locator code (e.g., P26W14MXSH) on the row for that reservation. That opens the reservation detail page where you do all the actual work.

What does the "Status" column mean?

You'll see one of two values:

  • Active — the booking is live and in good standing.
  • Canceled — the reservation has been canceled.

If you see a reservation of yours marked as canceled and you believe it's a mistake, click the Need Help? button and fill out a support ticket so we can take a look.

What does "Phase" or "Wave 1" mean?

Some Getaways are split into multiple waves (different arrival groups, different rooms, etc.). The Phase column tells you which wave your booking belongs to. If you're not sure what your wave covers, the Getaways team will have communicated the specifics by email.

I have multiple bookings — do I need to log in separately for each?

It depends on the email used:

  • All bookings under the same email → log in once and you'll see every reservation listed on this page. Click into each one separately to fill in its info.
  • Bookings under different emails → you'll need to log in separately with each email. There's no way to merge bookings across emails.

I have reservations from past Getaways — will those show up too?

Yes. Every reservation under your email appears on the Your Reservations page — past, current, and upcoming.

Once you click into a reservation, the next article walks through what you'll see on the reservation detail page.
