How to access the Payment Portal
After booking your getaway, you'll receive an email with a direct link to the Payment Portal. You can also visit it anytime here: https://blueoctobergetaways.paywhirl.com/.
When logging in, use the same email address you used for your booking. No passwords are required — you'll receive a one-time passcode sent to that email. Enter the code to securely access your portal.
What you can do in the Payment Portal
- View all payments you've made
- Download or view invoices for each payment
- See your upcoming installment schedule, due dates, and remaining balance
- Update or change your payment method on file
Need to update guest info instead?
The Payment Portal and the Guest Dashboard are two different platforms. The Payment Portal is only for payments, invoices, and the card on file.
If you need to enter or update your guest details for the trip — passport info, flight times, ground transfers, who's in your room — head to the Guest Dashboard instead. See Getting Started with the Guest Dashboard.
