How do I update my payment method?

Card updates happen in the Payment Portal (PayWhirl), not the Guest Dashboard.

How to update your card on file

  1. Go to the Payment Portal.
  2. Log in with the same email you used for your booking. You'll get a one-time passcode by email — no password needed.
  3. Update or replace your payment method on file.
