All reservation information locks 30 days before your Getaway's start date. After that, you can't edit guest info on the dashboard — you'll need to request changes through the Getaways team. The 30-day mark exists because we have to send the resort a final guest manifest at that point.
When is the 30-day lock enforced?
Exactly 30 days before your Getaway's start date. The dashboard becomes read-only for guest info at that point. You can still log in, view your reservation, and use the Payment Portal — you just can't make changes to guest details (passport, flights, transfers, addresses, etc.) yourself.
Why is the lock at 30 days?
We're required to provide the resort with the final guest manifest 30 days prior to arrival. After we've sent it, last-minute changes need to be coordinated manually with the resort, which is why the dashboard freezes. The Getaways team can still help you make changes after the lock — it's just no longer self-serve.
I need to make a change after the lock — what do I do?
Open a support ticket via Need Help? with the change you need (which guest, which field, what the new value should be). The Getaways team will handle it on the back end and update the resort.
Can I edit info after marking a section complete?
Yes — until the 30-day lock-out date. Open the reservation, click into the Complete-your-reservation dialogue (or the relevant pill), make your changes, and save. Sections aren't locked just because they're marked complete — only the global 30-day deadline locks them.
When are my deadlines for completing this info?
The Getaways team communicates deadlines by email, not on the dashboard itself. Watch your inbox for reminders as your trip approaches.
What happens if I don't complete everything before the lock?
Your reservation isn't fully ready for travel. The Getaways team will email you reminders as deadlines approach, and we'll work with you to chase down any missing info before the manifest goes to the resort.
The next article covers what to do if you need to add a guest to your room — possible in some rooms, not in others.
