If your room has capacity for more guests, you can self-add them from the Guests section of your reservation. Not every room supports more than two guests — and beyond your two included guests, additional guests cost extra. Here's how it works.
Can I add another guest to my room?
If your room has capacity for more guests, yes — you can self-add a guest from the Guests section. The Getaways team is automatically notified when you do.
The additional-guest fee for any guest beyond the 2 included in your reservation is $2,350 per additional person. Additional guests are only available in select room types — not every room supports more than two. Once you've added the guest we'll reach out to handle that charge.
My reservation already shows everyone — why does it say "Room at capacity"?
That just means the room is full — there's no space to add more guests. If you think the listed capacity is wrong, open a ticket via Need Help?.
How do I remove a guest I added by mistake?
Open a support ticket via Need Help? and tell us which guest to remove. Removing a guest isn't self-serve — we want to be sure we're not pulling someone off who's actually traveling, and to refund any extra-guest fees if applicable.
What info will I need for the new guest?
The same 7 sections every guest needs: Personal Info, Address, Passport, Arrival Flights, Transfer In, Transfer Out, Departure Flights. The new guest will appear in the Complete-your-reservation dialogue with all 7 pills empty, ready to fill in.
