Anything to do with money — your payment schedule, updating your credit card, downloading a receipt — lives in the Payment Portal. It's the green button at the top of your reservation. The Account section on the dashboard is read-only and shows you what's been billed and paid; for everything else, head to the Portal.
Where do I see my payment schedule, update my credit card, or download a receipt?
All of that lives in the Payment Portal (the green button at the top of the dashboard). It opens our PayWhirl payment system — the same one you used to book.
Do I need a separate password for the Payment Portal?
No — same magic-link process, same email address.
What does the Account section on my reservation show?
A read-only running list of charges and payments on this reservation, plus your current outstanding balance.
- Booking rows (blue pill) — charges for your reservation.
- Payment rows (green pill) — money you've paid.
- Outstanding Balance — what's still owed.
It does not show upcoming installment payments or let you change anything. For all that, head to the Payment Portal.
Why are some amounts shown in parentheses?
Standard accounting notation for credits — money paid toward your booking. Your Total Payments total is in parentheses to show it's reducing the balance owed.
My Outstanding Balance shows a number — do I need to do anything?
No action required from you — your remaining payments run automatically on the credit card you have on file in the Payment Portal. If you need to update that card or check your installment schedule, head to the Payment Portal.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Payment Portal → invoices and receipts are downloadable from there.
I'm having trouble inside the Payment Portal — who do I contact?
Use the Need Help? button to open a support ticket. We can sort it out from our side.
